What a Wonderful World

Each week Larry Henson chooses the song we are going to sing in our Sunday Service. This week he chose “What a Wonderful World” sung by Louis Armstrong. This struck a chord in my heart and dovetailed with my thought for this week that we need to put the past behind us and focus on the Spirit of Love, Peace and Divine Harmony that we are able to manifest through our words, thoughts and actions.

It is time to put the pandemic behind us, affirm and expect peace and harmony in our lives and meditate and pray for the peace that passes understanding. That entails using the tools of the spiritual path in an orderly and consistent manner and moving forward into new territory created by forgiveness, love and a vision that sees only the highest and best outcomes in our lives.

Last week we looked at the Twelve Powers of Man and we are supported in our quest for the new life style that we are creating by incorporating these powers into our consciousness. We are creating a new order in life, a new outlook on life and a new experience of love, peace and grace. These are the outcomes of leaving and forgiving the past and creating a new vision for the new year.

In this Sunday service we will be taking a look at some events and issues we want to leave behind us in 2023 and then burning those events up in our Burning Bowl Service.

We will then each write a letter to God, sharing a new vision of life and what our expectations of good are for 2024.

All of these events, expectations and new intentions are kept confidential for each one of us as we use the ceremony to release the past and create new intentions of only good for the new year.

We are each an extension of divinity creating our own world of experiences. Let us sing with reverence and gusto about the new world that we are creating. “What a Wonderful World.”

I Love you...
