Meditation allows one to look within, to find the center of one's spirit--a higher self, inner wisdom, calming brain-waves, peace or an inner grounding. This centeredness is sometimes referred to in religious circles as a state of Grace. Whatever it is called, whether religious or not, this deepening practice of self-knoledge can be pursued in all of Unity Center's meditation classes.
Workshops are special one-time events offered on one day or a few days close together. Workshops may be given by Unity ministers, licensed teachers, other Unity members, or by traveling teachers and presenters. Workshops may be given for a love offering or may have a fixed fee. Consult the individual listings for specifics.
